3. If I am having trouble with my merchandise order, what can i do?
If you have ordered merchandise, apparel, or anything else directly from the Dropkicks at their P.O. address in Quincy, MA, they will ship it out. Occasionally, as with any business, some errors are made. The Dropkicks work very hard and are very busy with touring, recording, helpin' old ladies cross the street, and taking care of fanmail and orders. If it has been an extensive amount of time (past 8 weeks) since your order was placed and you haven't received it yet, or you have any other problems with your order, please email custserv5@jsrdirect.com.

4. Who do I contact if I want to book the Dropkick Murphys for a show or if I need to contact their manager for any other reason?
We have a booking agency and management who handle all of our show bookings and business affairs. We play music, write songs, record albums and go on tour. We don't want to have to get involved in business type stuff that's why we have a manager. We get many requests for DKM to play or come to birthday parties, bachelor parties, pubs, bars, weddings, fundraisers, you name it. We do not book shows or conduct any business through Myspace. This site is for communicating with our fans about the band and our music. If you need to get in touch for serious inquiries you can email our manager This is not an invitation to email random questions to our manager. This is for serious show offers and business questions only. Please be patient waiting for a reply as our manager gets hundreds of emails every day. Sometimes she doesn't answer emails from us! Also, please keep in mind that we have 15 people in our touring party. So getting a schedule worked out for all those people takes time, and we book our shows months in advance. Sometimes even a year in advance. It takes a lot of work getting everything together for a show. If it's suitable, we hope we can work out something with you . But understand it's impossible to do everyshow we're asked to do. There are not enough days in the year to play every event we get asked to! 5. How often are things updated on this page? Are things current?
The pages are updated as new information (tour dates, photos, news releases from the band etc) comes this way. If you have any problems viewing this site or would like so submit some live Dropkick Murphys photos for the website, please email them to the webmaster at webmaster@dropkickmurphys.com .

6. How updated or current are the tour dates?
As soon as tour dates are confirmed, they will be posted. If certain tour dates for places are not up yet that usually means that they have not made it my way yet OR they are not confirmed dates. Even if dates are confirmed, occasionally shows have to be moved or canceled for different reasons. What you see online is all the information I have about a show. Unless it is already posted, I'm not able to give directions, tell what time the show starts, how to get tickets, or what time they go on. I'm sorry but that information is more than I can cover for each show.

7. Why are the songs "The Fighting 69th" and "Upstarts and Broken Hearts" on the Gang's All Here CD have their lyrics listed as classified?
The band was running out of room in the cd artwork and had to make some edits. They decided since "The Fighting 69th" was a cover and not their work that they'd cut that. One more needed to be cut so they chose "Upstarts and Broken Hearts." The term Classified was used because it went along with the Military Theme of the CD. It could have easily said, "Not enough room, sorry." To see the actual lyrics, go to the Gang's All Here page in the discography section.

8. I heard Ken Casey is a reverend, can he perform the service at my wedding?
Ken is no longer a reverend, he joined up online as a bit of a joke and was never really a proper reverend. He has never performed a marriage ceremony and he never will. Sorry.

9. What is the Murphys Supporters Club and how can I join?
The supporters club is almost like a street team. When you sign up, we ask you to help the band promote shows and other events and releases, and in exchange the band offers a webpage for supporters only, which includes exclusive photos, messages from the band, and discounted merch, as well as other things in the works. You need to fill out an application to be accepted into the club. The application process is only opened every couple of months. If you aren't a member yet, there will be a notice on the main website of when we will be taking applications again so you can join.

10. Will DKM be playing the Warped Tour this year? If not, why?
Any info you need about the Warped Tour can be found at www.warpedtour.com If DKM is not listed, then we are not playing. Most bands don't do it every year. If we aren't playing, it is because we have our own tour scheduled.

11. Where is the Dropkick Murphys mural that is featured on the cover of Sing Loud, Sing Proud?
The mural was painted by Tricia and Patrick O'neil. It is located in South Boston at West Broadway and C Street.
