Gregory
"Chickenman" Riley one of the kindest, most generous and unselfish
people we have ever had the pleasure of knowing passed away May 12th 2004
after he was involved in a tragic motorcycle accident.
Please keep Greg and the entire Riley family in your thoughts and prayers
always. Those of you who may have known Greg can feel free to send your

My friend "Chickenman"
My friend Chickenman
was tall and lean
Not an ounce of him was mean
My friend Chickenman
sure did love to ice skate
With a puck he was great
My friend Chickenman
use to love to water ski
I'll never forget the day,
he took the time to teach me
My friend Chickenman
only had good things to say
That was just his way
My friend Chickenman
was a man of his word
In this day and age, that's absurd
My friend Chickenman
has shown me,
how a man's suppose to be
My friend Chickenman
has gone away,
But we shall be,
reunited again, someday
I love you, and will miss you, Greg Riley

The Dropkick Murphys hockey team defended the title they took last year
and once again brought home the trophy.
Even though they sorely missed one of their star players, Greg "Chickenman"
Riley, they played on in his memory. We think he would have been proud of
their victory tonight.
Congratulations to the DKM hockey team!
This is the section of our site that we have set aside to commemorate one of our best friends Greg "Chickenman" Riley.
Okay, so what do you do when your best friend dies and you are at a loss? You try to keep his memory alive as best as you can. And we can use a little help from you guys!
Over the past few months, we've made and distributed over 5000 "Never forget Chickenman" stickers. Friends, relatives and friends and fans of the band have been putting them on their cars and sticking them on other cool spots all over the world. People everywhere are already asking who the hell was Chickenman and that is good.
Now we are going public. We are making tons more stickers as well as new "Never forget Chickenman" / DKM T-shirts. All proceeds from the sale of the stickers and t-shirts will be donated to My Brother's Keeper, a great charity that Chickenman volunteered lots of his time to, so please support this good cause.
Here's how it's gonna work. Send us your photos of you wearing your Chickenman t-shirt or you (or you and your friends) with your Chickenman stickers stuck on something cool or somewhere cool in the background. (For example: vacations, signs, on passed out friends etc. see photos below to get an idea) We'll put your photos up on the site (below) and everyone will know you are not a cheap bastard and you contributed to a good cause.
