We are proud to announce that the Red Sox players have asked the Dropkick Murphys to perform the National Anthem and “Shipping Up to Boston” at this Saturday’s game 6 of the ALCS at Fenway Park.

If you recall, the only other years the band has performed on the field were 2004 and 2007, and their last performance on the field was for the deciding game of the 2007 ALCS. We hope they can bring the same luck in 2013. Go Sox!!!
